Meet Andrea Jones

Hi, I’m Andrea Jones, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), parent advocate, and founder of Family First Behavior Solutions. This business was born from both my professional experience—and my personal journey.

Before I ever studied Applied Behavior Analysis or became a BCBA, I was a caregiver. I know firsthand what it’s like to love a child who has special needs, to feel overwhelmed navigating systems that don’t seem built for your family, and to wonder if you're doing enough—or doing it right.

When I began my professional journey, I was driven by a question I kept asking myself as a caregiver:

“Why doesn’t anyone help parents like me feel seen, supported, and equipped?”

That question never left me. And as I gained experience working in schools, clinics, and homes, I noticed the same pattern again and again—services focused on the child but left the parents stressed, unheard, and alone. I created Family First Behavior Solutions to change that.

Here, I combine the science of ABA with the heart of a fellow caregiver. I’ve walked in your shoes. I know the weight of the unknown. I also know the power of one breakthrough, one clear strategy, one moment of hope.

My mission is to walk alongside you—not just as a professional, but as someone who understands the deeply personal nature of this work. You are not alone. Your child’s progress is possible. And with the right tools and support, you are more powerful than you think.
